Xbox deleted save files and entire personal gallery items
It makes you agree to the user agreement each time you close and reopen the game. My gallery and save files that I've had for years are gone

I am having the same issue. When I go to load the gallery, there is nothing there. None of my saved library is there, or anyone else's.
