One more time... Nothing

Just coming back after holiday and one more time when I started to launch the game it open my EA app but not the game! It already did some other times after putting new CC but this time I didn't change anything and it was working really good 11 days ago! ... All these packs and kits are really expensive investment and it's boring for always having problems ! Could it be possible to have a game when we want not only time to time?
