Sims 4 DLC`s with Steam an Rog Ally Please help

Hello everyone,

I recently bought a ROG Ally so I can play The Sims 4 comfortably on the couch. Since The Sims 4 doesn’t have native controller support on PC, I want to play it through Steam, where controller inputs are automatically translated.

All my DLCs and expansion packs are registered with EA — I bought them through MMOGA, EA, or Origin. However, I can’t get them to show up when launching the game via Steam. My EA and Steam accounts are already linked, but the DLCs are simply missing when I start the game through Steam.

I also tested it on my regular PC (not the ROG Ally), and it still doesn’t work.

I contacted EA Support, and they told me to post here in the forum. I’ve also been trying to find a solution with ChatGPT for the past three days, but no luck so far.

I'm slowly getting desperate and really don’t want to lose or repurchase my 16 expansion packs.

If anyone has a solution or idea, I would be super grateful.
