Sims always sick since Enchanted by Nature

Hi everybody,

I hope I’m posting this in the right place. If not, please feel free to move it.

Every single Sims day, every single Sim in my household (3 people) gets sick. It's just exhausting. I don't use any mods, and I've tested it across three new save files – same result every time. These ailments are really getting out of hand. I honestly end up sending them to the naturopath every single day. And on top of that, there's the constant vomiting. It's just not fun anymore.

I don’t know what else to try at this point. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
