My Sims skins turn PITCH black - Custom Tattoos related ?

Hey everyone ! 

So I've been having a problem since the last big update. My sims skin turn PITCH black, expect for their eyes or accessories, and it seems to be ONLY my sims with custom tattoos that I have made. As well as dogs ? So I'm guessing it's an issue with the paint mode in CAS.

I found that out when I launched my game, and in live mode, some of my sims' skins were pitch black. I tried to then get into cas with one of those sims, and tried to take off their make up, their accessories, their skin details, even CHANGED their skin tone. But nothing worked beside actually replacing them with a copy of themselves from the gallery. And that isn't ideal at all.

I do play with mods, and thought it was mod related at first, I took out my mods, even went through ALL of them, repaired the EA app, repaired the game (multiple times), and even un-install and re-install the game and it didn't worked. I have stumbled across people saying they've been having that bug too. And that it seems to be custom tattoos/painting mode related in CAS. 

I'm leaving a few screenshots below, to show you what it does, I'm sorry that my sims doesn't have any clothes, I took out my mods to show you, and it IS the custom tattoos. I don't know if there's anything I can do about it right now, or if it completely broke those saves forever either. Maybe this update needs some hotfixes (?). I hope it's going to be fixed really soon because custom tattoos are one of my favorite part of the game lately. And I think it might cause some issues if it's still like this when the new Enchanted by Nature comes out, since it seems there is some overlap/features with the custom painting on sims in this new EP.
