Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load Sims 4 & it occurs when you are in the game, not main screens
What happens when the bug occurs? giant moving lines from all directions sprout out of the Sim characters, Pet or Human
What do you expect to see? If you are in playing mode, it will happen all the time no matter what they're doing
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Mac Support needed! The Sims4 hasn't been working right on my mac for the last couple of months. I haven't been able to play it because this issue. Everything works fine (sometimes it freezes in the loading screen and I have to restart my computer) until it gets to my sims where giant lines from all directions are coming out of the characters. They move every which way as well. I've even tried loading the game to a preexisting character and it did the same thing. I've supplied a screen shot below. I've deleted my mods out of the game, uninstalled and reinstalled, & also deleted the options.ini file that some Mac users suggest. PLEASE HELP!! it's driving me crazy
