Hi everyone,
I just downloaded Sims 4 and as soon as i open the game i have no problems. However, when I come to the screen where I can create my sim, my whole screen freezes or I can't click anywhere, sometimes stripes appear all over my screen or all letters are mixed up. It would be great if someone knows a solution for this. I've already done a few things: fix the game in origin, update origin, uninstalled and reinstalled both origin and the game, and tried opening sims on a new user of my computer.
I myself am on a Macbook Pro with the following specifications:
Version 12.2.1 macOS Monterey
I hope someone has a solution, since I haven't been able to play because of this problem and I would really like to start.
