Hi, could you help me too? My sims 4 keeps crashing when I go through making a sim, it either freezes and I can't do anything or it gives a black screen.
Here's my mac info
macOS Monterey version 12.3 (21E230)
MacBook Air (Retina, 13-inch, 2020)
Processor 1.1 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i3
Memory 8 GB 3733 MHz LPDDR4X
Graphics Intel Iris Plus Graphics 1536 MB

Hello.
If anyone is still seeing this issue (with an empty Mods folder and macOS up-to-date), would you be willing to share your entire \Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\ folder?
