No keyboard settings have been changed.
I've tried multiple variations: pressing all three keys at the same time, one after the other
i've tried both command+shift+c and ctrl + shift + c
I'm just starting to believe they're no longer available☹️
Have you tried clicking the "fn" below the shift bar? And then try clicking the cheat: shift + control + c.
