What is the exact file path of that file in the screenshot? You should be looking in:
Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4

Thanks 🙂
This shows that your Intel chip is supported so I would think this is just an erroneous message, something has gone a bit haywire:
=== Graphics device info === Number: 0 Name (driver): Intel HD Graphics 6000 Name (database): Intel (R) Iris Graphics 6000 [Found: 1, Supported: 1] Vendor: Intel Chipset: Vendor: 8086, Device: 1626, Board: 0000011b, Chipset: 0009 Driver: macOS Metal driver, Version: 0.0.0.0
I would run the Origin reset tool - https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/origin/origin/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/
Then try loading the game. If it still happens try a super repair - https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Mac/READ-FIRST-Sims-4-Mac-Help-Guides-and-Troubleshooting/m-p/4612394#M815
