Infinite loading after cas

Hi, i have the same problem but with a M4 MacBook Air.  every time I try to create a sim in cas when I save it goes into infinite loading. I have update macOS, tried to uninstall the game and app, deleted the sims folder, updated the card video (before it said not recognised while following your instructions now it says found 1 supported 1 in config.log), repaired the game via ea app, deleted both the game and the ea app cache, disabled iCloud sync. I don't have any cc/mods

Hi, thank you! I tried to follow the instructions but it still gives me the same problem (infinite loading without any error). I don’t know what’s wrong with my game 😭

me too ugh i’ve tried literally everything i even bought more icloud storage but it’s still not working

This was happening to me on a Mac Air too, whenever this happens I just force quit the Sims 4 on my laptop and then re-open it and it works every time for me

Have you enabled vsync in the Game Options > Graphics settings?
