After getting out of CAS my sims diasapear??

When I go into change a sim or CAS after my game loads my sims disappear as you can see in the pictures below and when I leave my plot with one of my sims or not all of them my sims diasapear once again there's no way for me to get them back unless I leave the game and exit and restart please help I have put so much time into this game for the new update to mess it up
