Hi, I literally made this account to respond to your issue. I had the same issue after updating last night.
What happened was, the update pushed all of the Electronic Arts folders into your iCloud.
What you need to do is access your iCloud folder, select the Electronic Arts folder that contains your saves, and move it onto your device.
We moved my correct folder (it also for some reason created two additional Electronic Arts folders WITHOUT saves) onto an external hard drive and removed the other Electronic Art folders so the CORRECT ONE WITH SAVES was the only one remaining.
Now all my games are back.

@crystalyncoffey Thank you so so much! It was the same for me, but the folder was in hidden files on my iCloud which is why I didn't see it. You just safed my evening thank you <3
