Apple Silicon Update - Broken Vsync & Screen Tearing

Before the update, Vysnc worked fine and the game was uncapped frame rate wise when Vsync was turned off.

Now with Vysnc on, the game flashes white throughout gameplay that is seizure inducing, and without Vsync enabled which was perfectly playable before, the game is now capped at 60fps regardless, which is causing heavy screen tearing making the game unplayable as well due to the motion sickness caused by heavy screen tearing.

We really need this fixed. 

I have a Mac Studio with an M1 Ultra 64 core edition.
