Big Sur & Sims 4 - should I migrate / upgrade?

It should work fine in Big Sur.

I wouldn't use Time Machine to install it, just re-download through Origin, less likely to corrupt the install.

For save, mods etc. copy over the relevant files and folders in the Documents> Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 folder. Don't copy over the Options.ini file. Just saves, Mods, Tray and Screenshots would do.
