Bought the game on steam, how do I download on origin

So I've been playing sims 4 on my PC for a few years on steam but recently my PC broke, leading me to switch to Mac. However, I just found out you can't download it from steam if you're using Mac, is there a way to download it if you have already bought the game on steam? I can't seem to find the download button on origin.
