Camera rotation and CAS sliders stuck

Ive been having this issue recently that I cant seem to fix no matter what I try. My right click camera rotation in live mode, BB, and CAS is broken and will not rotate correctly. I will right click ...

    @Bluebellflora I updated my computer and repaired the game. I was able to fix the issue

Please be specific about the version of Monterey and also provide the patch level of your game.

    Im currently using 12.4 and my game version is 1.92.145.1230 (I think thats the patch level?)
