Time/Game Freezes, Background is moving in Place

Good afternoon,

My game since yesterday July 8th, has been freezing. It happened when I threw a party. The time stop moving, but my sims stood in place and kept looking around. I thought I could bypass by going into Build mode, but they were still moving in place in build mode and it didn't correct itself. It happened 3 times, so the 4th time I didn't throw a party. It kept happening at exactly 9:32PM each time. The 4th time, I didn't throw a party. The next Sim day it froze again. But now it's 7:16AM, no party has been thrown.
