I'm not sure what you're trying to show in the screenshots?
When did this start happening? Try a clean Sims 4 folder https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Mac/READ-FIRST-Sims-4-Mac-Help-Guides-and-Troubleshooting/m-p/4612394#M163 Take a look at the arrow select tools, I’ve already tried cleaning my folder and everything else but nothing change.

Sorry but your montage of pictures isn't very clear. Please take proper screenshots of your Mac screen, instructions here on how to do so - https://support.apple.com/en-gb/102646
You tried cleaning your folder by moving out various files and folders or you tried a whole new clean Sims 4 folder? What is "everything else" that you tried? I don't want to suggest things that you have already tried. Yes I tried cleaning my folder, repairing the game, and a lot of things I’ve seen others say that helps on this site. It’s been months since I’ve tried to fix the issue so I don’t remember all that I tried. I highlighted the problems I'm having in the pictures hopefully they’re clear enough now I also can’t move the camera around with my trackpad.

Try a clean folder by moving your current Sims 4 folder to a different location outside of the Electronic Arts folder. This will force the game to create a new Sims 4 folder with none of your current user data loaded. Does it still happen in this new clean, vanilla game?
