Can I play the sims 4 with expansions mods on a Apple Mac Book Air 2015?

I'm want to buy a new laptop to play the sims 4, but I want one not expansive and good to play with the expansions and some mods. I found this one on Amazon, it's good? Apple Mac Book Air MJVE2LL/A...

It's an old Mac running an operating system that doesn't support the current version of the game so you will have to update it. It's really not very powerful and not intended for gaming. If you don't want to spend much, buy a Windows PC as Macs hold their value much better and you will always pay more secondhand.
