@Bluebellflora || Here are the two LastExceptions I received yesterday. I removed the top row from both of them.
@Bluebellflora || Oh! And I also forgot to mention in my original post. I realized that the issue only happens in specific game files. But every time I switched game files or made a new one to try and save the problem, a new one would occur. I had made a Spellcaster Sim at the time since I recently purchased Realm of Magic along with some other packs. I had also gotten my Sim the Tomes for High & Low Ranked Spellcasters for my Sim to speed up the process of leveling in their ranks. But when my Sim leveled up in that save file, there would be no sound effect, notification, or something like, "[Sim Name] is a Virtuoso Spellcaster!"
That Spellcaster save file originally was the one with no footstep sounds, so I switched to another save, which is the one that I'm currently using (which also has footstep sounds currently, because I switched), with the glitchy rank system. I found a solution for now, which is not becoming a Spellcaster, at least until the situation is fixed.
Just thought I should let you know, since I forgot to mention it in the original post. 🙂

Please could you upload your save that this happens in to a file sharing site and post the link in a post here or PM it to me?@Bluebellflora || I sent you the save file via DMs. It is the one with the glitchy ranks and the footstep problem, since it occurred in that save file as well, not just my original one.
