Cannot Locate Camera.ini file in order to stop camera bouncing

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? file is empty
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? City Living, Cottage living, Jungle adventures, dream home, MFPS, romantic garden, tiny living, desert luxe, pastel pop, free holiday
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? look in the sims 4 folder. there is no file called camera.ini
What happens when the bug occurs? i try to find the file to edit "ignorelotlevel" so i get really angry that i can't turn off the camera bopping.
What do you expect to see? a file called camera.ini where i can change the ignore lot level value
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

The way the camera bounces around when I'm trying to play the sims 4 is really frustrating. I look at many tutorials to how to solve such issue, and they all talk about some "camera.ini file" I have never seen this file, and i have looked everywhere on my mac. I want to be able to turn off "ignorelotlevel" so badly, but when the file where that value is doesn't exist, it makes it impossible. I want this problem resolved.
