Cannot upload lots to the Gallery

Any solutions to not being able to upload builds to the GALLERY? Since the Home Deco pack came out I have not been able to upload a single thing to the gallery. I have twice uninstalled/reinstalled the SIMS 4 (losing my entire Library along with it!!) The second time was at the advice of EA to uninstall... that was the day after I had done it the first time and didn't fix it. I still am unable to upload to the gallery. I DO NOT have MODs or CC. Nothing works and I don't want to lose my library again as those builds aren't uploaded to the gallery and would be lost again.. I've worked too hard on these things and I am literally at my wit's end with this whole problem. Seems if EA can't fix it nothing will and what's the point of creating builds if I can't upload them!? I mainly use this game to build/share with my daughter and helps with stress, however, this is proving less stressfree than I'd have hoped for. PLEASE.... I NEED HELP!!

☹️ The only way you would lose the builds in your Library is if you trashed the Tray folder in the Sims 4 folder. Are you sure it isn't on your Mac somewhere? I understand how frustrating it is. Did you try a different internet connection? Maybe hot spot off your phone? It's a good way to test the connection or whether something is blocking it locally for you on the network.

Tried using a hotspot and still no luck. :-< Maybe it'll miraculously get fixed when the latest patch comes out.. lol, yeh don't think I'm gonna hold my breath on it though.

Thanks for trying. Any new lastCrash report from when it last happened? If so please take out the XML in the first line and upload it. It may help QA get their heads round it.
