Can't Find Sims 4 Folder On The Mac ios 10

So my aunt gave me this laptop because I needed it for coding classes and it is all updated anyway so I wanted to get sims 4. I had it on my mothers laptop (it is a windows) it worked just fine but it was old so i thought since this was newer it would work better i was so wrong. The first thing is that i can not find the sims 4 folder i will uninstall or repair but it still wont work, and another thing is i try to play and i do not see my university pack it only has the older packs and I update it and it still wont work  it looks like the later version of the game please I need help ASAP I love the sims 4 so much
