Cats and Dogs showing up white in CAS

I am having some serious issues, have tried everything I need to do and seriously need some help!

I downloaded cats and dogs, it shows up in my main menu, however on my origin account it keeps telling me it's ready to install. Not sure if this is causing my main issue but I thought I would throw it out there.

My main problem is that my cats and dogs are showing up in CAS as whited out. I can see they are there but they looked almost half cut out. Why is this happening? and how can I fix it? I'm playing on a Mac and haven't had any issues with the game before. I tried to repair, still the same. Restarted my computer and game, still the same.

Please help!!
