Cats and Dogs showing up white in CAS

I am having some serious issues, have tried everything I need to do and seriously need some help! I downloaded cats and dogs, it shows up in my main menu, however on my origin account it keeps telli...

    Thanks.

    Can you go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sim 4 and trash the Options.ini file. Now load your game and see if it makes a difference.

Please can you post which model MacBook Pro? Three models were produced with Intel graphics - 13", 15" or 17"?

        Fab! It may be that the graphics options you initially had the game on were too high once you installed the new EP. If it happens again just trash that file as it resets the graphics settings to the default ones.
