Please run the Origin reset tool then try again. Could you also please confirm which version of macOS you are using?

Thanks. There is currently a known issue with Yosemite, please read this post for instructions on downloading the Origin legacy client https://answers.ea.com/t5/Origin-Client-Web-Technical/Mac-Origin-Connection-and-Library-Issues/m-p/8011032#M40605 once installed you should be good to go 🙂
