Crash after entering anything in search field Build Mode

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:Mac Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? Mac: 1.68.156.1220 ...

Hmm, that's odd. Could you move the whole Sims 4 folder to the desktop then load a new clean game and see if it still happens?

@Bluebellflora Ok, so it does not do it with new folder. Looking into what may be the cause, it happened with and without mods the other day. Going to put my settings back and start tracking it down, piece by piece.

    Good plan 🙂 When moving out the Mods folder you should trash the localthumbcache.package file too. I would move your saves back first then go through the Mods folder.

      @Bluebellflora Yep, got all scripting mods and big mods back, all good.
      Did the 50/50 on the remaining CC, worked with both sets of the 50/50 separate without crashing?????, just not when all together...this will be fun

      @Bluebellflora Well that was fun. Tracked it down to a Build Mode recolor.
      Thanks again for the kick in the rear, pointing me toward the real cause. Odd still how it only showed with all installed.

        Great you found the cause 🙂 Maybe the file causing the issue is conflicting with another file in the Mods folder?
