Crash unknown when loading (location change) macOS MacBook Air m2

Hello, my girlfriend is experience frequent random crash, when she change location sometimes, the loading screen freeze and the game just silently crash. Where can we find the crash log to analyze them please ?

Any LastCrash.txt files the game creates will be in that TS4 folder. How are you hoping to analyze them? The error IDs are only known to EA so it would be helpful if you shared them here.
