    This issue now seems to be fixed in the 1.68.154.1220 November 2020 patch.

Which specific model Mac do you have? I don't think Vega GPUs were ever an option in the 16" MBP range but were in the 2019 15" MBP.

This thread is very specific to the 16" MBP range as they have had serious issues playing the game for over a year, not just since September. moved to the Vega thread.
