game packs not showing in game anymore

Hi, i brought/downloaded a couple packs and went to restart the game once downloading finished but for some reason all my downloaded packs have gone. its says on game that they are downloaded just needs to restart. I've tried restarting, uninstall/reinstall both sims4 and EA app, clearing cache, restarting and repairing but nothing is bringing my packs back.

any ideas of how to fix this?
