I had the same problem today. The game crashed 2 times, although I don't know after how many minutes of gameplay. Since I lost what I had done so far during that time, I decided to save my game every few minutes. Strangely enough, I could play for hours doing that... it was annoying, but not as annoying as losing my progress.
I had to do the same thing and my game still crashed. I'm starting to get upset because it seems like no one from EA has answered my messages.
My game crashed so that it could update through Origin. Once the update was completed, I couldn’t get my game to start. It’s been Stuck on a loading screen for 15 minutes three separate times. Instead of resolving the issue, the patch made my game completely unplayable.
