[CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 crashing since November 2020 update, NOT CC/Mod related

Hi! I updated my game yesterday and everything had been running smoothly. However, everytime I play for maybe 10-20ish minutes, the game crashes unexpectedly. There have been no errors when loading it and the loading times have not been very long. It inconsistently produces a crash report. I don't play with mods/cc, I've repaired the game thrice,  and I have disabled origin in game (way before this problem has persisted).

(I also don't know if this problem is related, but I keep getting an error that 7 or more items have been removed from the household due to an error of the stuff/expansion/game packs I have either not being owned by my EA account or not downloaded on my laptop. However, at the opening screen, all the packs I have are shown as being downloaded on my computer. Unfortunately, I'm not exactly sure what objects are missing.)

I've typed in both my mac details and the most recent crash report from my Sims folder.
