What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Pets, Parenthood, City Living, Dine Out, Seasons
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the game and play for 2 or more minutes
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims will freeze before completing actions for up to hours until the game won't let you select anything or fast forward time. Saving takes an unnatural amount of time and is the only way to stop this. One time the in-game clock wouldn't progress and clicking fast forward in any way did nothing.
What do you expect to see? I expect the game tasks to be functional and time to progress in the game with fast forward available.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. Downloaded the 1.33 November 2020 Update.
Downloading the new update has made my game unplayable. I was excited to buy the new game pack but now will not be doing so because I wouldn't even be able to play it as things are now.
