[CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 crashing since November 2020 update, NOT CC/Mod related

To try and help understand what the issue is, and you are on a Mac, please can you provide the following:

  • Attach the Config.log file from your Sims 4 folder 
  • If you have a lastCrash report in your Sims 4 folder from the game crashing since updating, please attach it (you may need to open in TextEdit first and just take out the "XML" in the first line before uploading)
  • What exactly were you doing in game when this happened?
  • If there is an error message before the crash please take a screenshot and attach it.

Also having this issue, most recently in a new save, where at the time I was having my child sim playing with a friend. Didn't get a lastCrash generated for this though, but I do have uploaded the save if that would help: Sim Crashing Save. I saved it last rather soon before the crash. So far I've been able to do pure building without crashing too, it's live mode when it always crashes.
