I have only recently redownloaded Sims, and the folder has changed. I have attached a screenshot of what the folder looks like once I go into it. How do I get my cc into my sims?
Open Terminal (Applications > Utilities) and copy and paste the following command, enter your password when prompted (it won't show you typing so make sure you enter the correct password) then hit Return/Enter:
sudo ls ~/Documents
This command lists the contents of the Documents folder. Copy and paste the results here please.
What is the installation location in EA App > Settings > Downloads?
I'm having this same issue. I go to the documents and everything is there but the game itself was downloaded to a different place and its not connecting to the tray for mods
Game installation location and user data folder are separate. What is the exact file path of your Sims 4 folder that contains your saves, Mods etc? The full, exact file path starting with Macintosh HD or whatever your hard drive is called if you have changed it. You can replace your Mac user account name with XXX.
