Download issues for StrangerVille won't load

I just downloaded the StrangerVille but when I go to move my sim the town won't load. I posted a screenshot of what I'm talking about...Also it's on a Mac

    I finally got the world to load by repairing the game through Origin.

    I don't use MODS. I tried to play another save file and my sim is grayed out(like when they go to school/work). I restarted my computer already and still the issue persists

        I am having the same issue. I'm the "other person" that had the same problem
