Duplicate folder

I made a duplicate of my EA folder before the island living update to be safe in case any thing happened. Now having to folders of the sims 4 is taking up too much storage on my computer. How do I know which folder to delete?

Don't merge them. Copy the one you don't want to an external drive or online storage, just in case you need to access it later, then delete it from your Mac.

@Bluebellflora They are both in documents. One is called "The Sims 4" and the other is "Electronic Arts". The folder "The Sims 4" has more recent items in it.

@Bluebellflora Also there is the folder "The SIms 4" within the EA folder, which I'm guessing was my original copy of the game. This folder has the older items in it

The game will be loading the Sims 4 folder within the Electronic Arts folder. You can easily check by loading up your game then quitting, then opening the Sims 4 folder and looking at the Date Modified date and time, it should be when you loaded the game.

Should I merge both folders together or just delete the older one?
