Dynamic lighting for keyboard check box not showing up

Hi! I just got the Logitech G713 keyboard for the dynamic lighting option for the Sims 4. I saw online that there should be a box that you check under Game Options > Other > Enable keyboard dynamic lighting, but I do not see that option anywhere. I am on a Macbook air and everything is up to date.
