EA APP BUGGING

Question

(Ive tried on both my macbook pro m2 and another macbook air m4)

Sims app is saying not available for purcahse. This game is no longer offered in our catalog.

I have tried everything and contacted ea help multiple times.

ive treid diffrent accounts, allowing full disk access, clearing cache, redownloading the app and much more.

Please let me know ig this is happening to you aparently its a bug?

I currently cannot open the EP app on my iMac. Error Code: 10005. Something is going on with EA's servers, at least that's what I'm assuming at this point.

Very annoying. A girl is trying to disassociate from the hell beyond her rented walls.

This is not a new issue. I've been getting the 10005 error since APRIL. I am so tired of this.
