EA app won't launch Sims 4
I just yesterday was forced to switch from Origin to the EA app. Everything went fine, I played for like an hour or two, and then left for a while. When I came back to keep playing, the EA app wouldn't open the Sims 4. When I right clicked on it, it said "application not responding". I know it's not a mods or cc problem because I fixed all of that kind of stuff right before I played initially on the EA app. Does anyone have any troubleshooting tips I could try? I've tried repairing the game and resetting the cache with no luck.

Does it still happen with none of your current user data in the new Sims 4 folder?
