Ok I tried pasting it and this time I got:
/Users/typhonisking/Library/Application Support/Electronic Arts
Quinns-MacBook:~ typhonisking$

That's all? How bizarre. Don't touch that folder, leave it well alone 🙂 Try this instead for the Sims 4 folder:
find ~ -type d -name "*The Sims 4*" 2>/dev/null

Ok. That got me:
/Users/typhonisking/Applications/The Sims 4.app
/Users/typhonisking/Applications/The Sims 4.app/Contents/Resources/The Sims 4.app
/Users/typhonisking/Desktop/The Sims 4 Packs
/Users/typhonisking/Desktop/The Sims 4.app
/Users/typhonisking/Desktop/The Sims 4.app/Contents/Resources/The Sims 4.app
/Users/typhonisking/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4

Thanks 🙂
This:
/Users/typhonisking/Desktop/The Sims 4 Packs /Users/typhonisking/Desktop/The Sims 4.app /Users/typhonisking/Desktop/The Sims 4.app/Contents/Resources/The Sims 4.app
Do you have two installations of the game somehow? You have it installed in your Applications folder and also on the Desktop, or is that a shortcut? The installation path of the game that is loading will be in Origin.
The install here:
/Users/typhonisking/Applications/The Sims 4.app /Users/typhonisking/Applications/The Sims 4.app/Contents/Resources/The Sims 4.app
doesn't include your DLC. EPs/GPs/SPs are all installed in the Sims 4 Packs folder in the same install location as the game app.
This:
/Users/typhonisking/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4
is where your Electronic Arts folder is. When you look in your Documents folder is it not there?
I was wondering whether you had a folder in iCloud but you don't.
