Error Code: 0

Screenshot provided, but I'm unable to save my game. I recently updated my Mac to Catalina and am now experiencing this issue. It also doesn't help that I recently lost my saves--which was my own error. I've never had this issue before, so I've tried the following:

  • Uninstalling, then reinstalling 
  • "Repair Game" option through Origin client

To no avail, this hasn't worked. Am I missing something?

    I also have had this problem. I even tried uninstalling orgin and Sims 4 to no avail. Help I have spent over $380

    @Bluebellflora I had the same problem, and yes, it still happens even after moving the Sims 4 folder to the desktop

    @Colette628 this is also happening to me, I have tried duplicating the files and moving them and have fixed the game within origin! I am able to save a game but then if you exit the game and the next time you launch the game im back at square one as if ive never played the game before and all my saved households have gone? is this what you are experiencing?
