Error code 110:db0dadff:26e90d6

This error code has been coming up for an incredibly long time. I deleted my games re downloaded mods and it all worked then I started playing the households and none of my sims would move like at all like I’d get them to watch tv or something and they’d just stand there I’d reset them and nothing would happen then the error code came up out of the blue again taking me back to the home screen saying I should relaunch the game and I have... multiple times. This has never ever happened before with any of my sims until the last update and I’m really disappointed because I play sims literally everyday and haven’t been able to for like 2 months now. What’s going on please help.

@SimGuruNick is asking for saves to help with the simulation lag (when sims stand around not doing anything in their queued actions). I don't know if the error code is relevant to the lag but maybe contacting Nick and offering a save would help the studio towards identifying the cause.

In the meantime, you need to try a clean game, free of all your Mods. Move your Sims 4 folder to the desktop, launch the game so a new one is created then quit the game. Move your saves into the newly created saves folder in the new Sims 4 folder then play the game and see if the lag still happens.

It would also be good to know which specific Mac you have. Instructions on how to do so and what to provide here - http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-Mac/READ-FIRST-Sims-4-Mac-Help-Guides-and-Troubleshooting/m-p/4612396/highlight/true#M162
