Error Message on MacBook Pro

Hi, I have been gaming sims 4 on my MacBook Pro for a long time. But now all suddenly this comes up [135dec40:90f690cf:00000075:495f32a0] and I can't play any more. What can I do to fix this?

Could you reset Origin. You need to manually remove the installation files which will reset it.
