Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

Hi,

I’ve returned to The Sims 4 after about a year away, and all my previously owned expansion packs have disappeared from the EA app. The base game is still there, and my local game files and save files are intact, but the game now says I don’t own any of my packs that I have used to create and play the saved files, making them unplayable. I’ve used this EA account since 2021, and my Order History is empty. I’ve also cleared the EA app cache, but that hasn’t fixed the issue. I don’t want to repurchase packs I’ve already paid for.

Hey Emilylawlessxx,

If your order history is empty, most likely you're logged in to a different EA account than the one you used in the past to make your purchases.

If you haven't deleted them, you could check your other email inboxes for purchase confirmations and identify the right email address associated with your EA Account for the purchases.

If you can't find any email confirming the correct email address or have otherwise lost access to your original EA Account, please use the Contact us button at the bottom of this guide to check in with our customer support team; our advisors will do their best to continue helping you.

Im currently having the same issue, I am 100% on the correct account. What are the next steps for that?
