CAS works fine - crashes when starting gameplay / buildmode.
Crashes with no error message, but has logs of crashes, here is the latest one:

Macbook details: New macbook pro, late 2019, 8 GB graphics card, 32 gb ram, i9 processor.
- No previous games played prior to this, this is a fresh install for Sims 4.
We tried the following repair, did not help:
- lowering resolution
- Turning off enable Origin in game off
- repairing sims 4 game
Can anyone help?

Things we tried:
reinstall origin and sims 4. (both with all addons and none).
Delete folder from my docs.
icloud has never been on for the documents folder.
retina off, v sync on,
Minor improvement:
it seems the game is running now and not randomly closing with no message like before.
but there seems to be a weird graphics thing where a chunk of black or yellow just shows up when u move the camera. the weird thing is that it seems to only happen in one apartment.
In San Myshuno, 1310 21 Chic Street. that High rise apartment is where the graphics thing happens.
Here, it really only seems to happen in this lot.
of course. this would vary depending on camera angles. between a small line to triangle. to that whole half screen mess. at one point it was yellow
oh MY GOD!!!!! I tried E V E R Y T H I N G in this thread and nothing seemed to work no matter how hard I tried! And I can't believe I refused to play all this time just because I was so set on placing my household in THAT particular lot that I didn't even try to test the game in others.
If it wasn't for your answer, I wouldn’t have played ever again.
