[FIXED] Upgraded to macOS Ventura - can only Force Quit the game

I have upgraded to Ventura and I can only exit the Sims 4 via Force Quitting. I saw the other thread about disabling origin in game, but it has still not fixed my issue. Is there any other possible f...

    Hello.

    It turns out there was indeed a fix for this issue in todays' patch (Mac version 1.95.207.1230), but we accidentally failed to mention it in the patch notes.

Which model is the Mac running Monterey? This Force Quit issue is only apparent on Intel Macs judging by the specs everyone is posting here. I've seen reports of it also happening on Intel Macs running Monterey. Are your Macs Intel or Apple Silicon?

@Bluebellflora My iMac and MacBook Pros are all 2020 models. iMac is Intel Core i5 on Ventura. One of my MacBook Pros is Intel Core i5 on Monterey. My other MacBook Pro is M1 on Ventura. I do not play the Sims on that one as it is strictly for school etc. My iMac with Ventura is experiencing the force quit issue, while my MacBook Pro on Monterey works fine.
