Glass walls are causing other objects in the vicinity to black out
Wall where cursor is a glass wall
See without glass wall it fixes it
And this is the glass wall used
but also happens with other forms of glass e.g. windows
All modular drawers in wadrobe should be white
Which specific Mac do you have? Apple > About This Mac.
Does this only happen on that one Lot of multiple Lots?
Is it only happening in rooms with mirrors? If you take the mirrors out of the rooms in your screenshot does it fix it?

MacBook Pro 13” - macOS 15.7.3
No mirrors in this room and is still dark at bottom and no mirrors in the first pic of a bathroom. The sink cabinets are unaffected looks like it affects objects 2 tiles away
and only on one side cause that’s a white door on the other side

But my sim is also randomly blacking out which is weird, like flashin black. Can’t send videos but it’s constant
Thanks :) Can you be more specific about your Mac? About This Mac details the specific model Mac you have. Apple produced 13" MacBook Pros for years with different chips in them. Some of those chips produced graphics issues in-game.
Can you rename your Mods folder and trash the localthumbcache.package file then launch the game. This will load it in a vanilla state with no CC/Mods loaded. Load that specific lot and see if it still happens.
