Hello.
It turns out there was indeed a fix for this issue in todays' patch (Mac version 1.95.207.1230), but we accidentally failed to mention it in the patch notes.

Hi guys! Ever since the new bug with the autonomous insulting bug is out, I’ve decided to start modelling houses. The issue I have today, is that after I’ve saved all my progress, I’m unable to exit the game. I’m on a Mac running Ventura, 13.0. Anyone is experiencing the same issue?

I can play the sims 4 and save but when it's time to quit the game, it's just stuck on the spinning icon. I can only use force quit to leave the game. I have no mods installed and I just completely reinstalled the game.
I found similar threads but they are implying the Mac user is not able to force quit the game. This is not my issue. Any other Mac users experimenting this same issue in November 2022?

I'm still having this exact same issue, I contacted EA support and they directed me here. The person I talked with said they sent my error code or something to management and they will be looking into. It seems there's still no fix. Its a bummer because I can't be the only one that deleted their entire game (including CC and mods) just for it to still not work.
Same thing is happening to me. Thought I was going crazy.
Updated my mac again to the latest Ventura update but no luck!! hopefully EA fix this soon!!
